If you are using Internet Explorer, download the HP SIM - Linux bin file by doing a right mouse click and selecting 'Save Target As...' on the subsequent download page.

HP SIM 5.2 with Update 1:
- Added support for VMware ESX 3i embedded hypervisor.
- Added support for Xen hypervisors using SNMP.
- Fixed HP SIM Windows install when NTLMv2 authentication is enabled.
- Fixed a problem with the time-zone field not being displayed on the Sign-in page when needed.
- Fixed a problem in Software Status Polling so the software status column is properly updated.

Hot Fix Update Kit for HP SIM 5.2 - Linux x86 |

The hotfix update kit contains specific fixes which can ONLY be applied to HP Systems Insight Manager 5.2 (C.05.02.00.00). Applying the hotfix will not change the version number of HP SIM, but the About Box in HP SIM will indicate the hotfix has been installed. This kit includes the following fix:
- Software Status Polling task to retrieve status from the Version Control Agent (VCA) and correctly display the software status in the system list

ProLiant Support Packs
|
ProLiant Support Pack (PSP) is an advanced software delivery tool that can be distributed via VCRM to a designated server(s) and then silently integrated into the server environment. It interacts with a version control agent during the installation. The PSP can also be copied directly to the managed system and installed from that location. It contains the HP Management Agents and associated drivers for HP ProLiant servers which allows it to be managed by HP SIM. |
