HP Insight Online is a new addition to HP Support Center for one stop, secure and personalized access to product and HP support information specific to your IT environment with standard HP warranty,
CarePack or contract services. It is designed for your IT staff who deploy, manage and support systems, as well as HP Authorized Partners who support your IT Infrastructure.
Through the HP Support Center, you have the option to automatically display devices remotely monitored by HP.
It provides the ability to easily track service events and support cases, view device configurations and proactively monitor HP contracts and warranties.
This allows your staff or HP Authorized Services Partner to be more efficient in supporting and servicing your IT environment. What's more, they have the ability to do all this from anywhere and at anytime.
There is a separate "My Customers" section in Insight Online for HP Authorized Partners to view your IT asset information shared to them by you, as their customer.
