Remote management to maximize server availability

Users have the power to reboot a "hung" server, flash system BIOS firmware remotely or diagnose issues without physically visiting the server with the Virtual KVM and virtual media enhancements that are available as licensable options.
  • Provides the control needed to respond quickly to server issues wherever and whenever they occur
  • Management option enables remote control of vital system resources over a LAN or over the Internet using a standard web browser or telnet UI.

Remote management for entry servers at affordable prices

Minimize operating, support costs, and time
  • Lights-Out 100 virtualizes system text console, power button and floppy drive for front of the server control.
  • Remote control of virtual system resources enables customers to respond quickly to server issues, should they occur, minimizing support costs.
  • By using "diagnose-before-dispatch," customers can avoid travel costs for onsite maintenance activities on remote systems

Asset protection and reliability

Asset protection that maximizes the reliability of system investment
  • Robust, IPMI and SMASH standards based security that restricts access and encrypts data.
  • The data encryption of browser and command line interfaces provides advanced but simple security to assets, data, and information
