How many servers can be managed and how are they managed? |

Up to 4 computers running different operating systems can be managed by HP 1×4 Console Switch. Switching between computers is accomplished by typing a command at the keyboard or pressing the appropriate button on the front of unit. The selected computer receives characters typed at the keyboard and displays its video output on the monitor. You can also use the mouse to interact with the graphical interface of the selected computer.

USB Peripheral Sharing is the ability of the HP 1×4 Console KVM Switch to switch USB devices between the attached computers allowing devices such as DVD-ROM Burners, Scanners and Printers to be shared between the attached computers.
